JCI believes that different companies have a different meaning for "global", depending on their position in the world market, the goals of the shareholders, available means, and the priority management assigns to the project. Hence each project starts with an ANALYSIS, to assess the company's position in the world market by surveying the industry's supply and demand structure thereby resulting in a STRATEGIC PLAN to support management in pursuing a realistic, yet rewarding vision. Once there is consensus on goals and the way to achieve them, the client's management and JCI proceed to develop the STRUCTURE, by identifying and selecting the required resources and people, and finally the IMPLEMENTATION, to actually execute the project, taking advantage of every wind shift, without losing track of the overall plan. Each project is pursued in close cooperation with the client's management team. For limited periods, JCI may take on functions of interim management, even full time. Nevertheless, the ultimate goal of each project is to create within the client's organization a successful, independent, and permanent solution based on solid strategy, structure, and contacts.
