Manager, Financial Planning

Job Duties: Oversee the wide-range of financial services offered to start-up companies. These services include interviewing clients and potential clients to determine their financial needs; analyzing clients’ financial status and goals; developing and implementing financial strategies and business plans for clients based on analyzes of data; supervising the proper execution of clients’ financing transactions including investments, loans, and other transactions; and negotiating terms of financing on behalf of clients. Often performs the functions of Chief Financial Officer for start-up companies on a consulting basis that involves directing the client’s financial budgets; managing investments and risks; supervising cash management activities; and developing and executing expansion plans including mergers and acquisitions

Education: Master’s in Financial Business Administration, or closely-related disciplineu
